Kimura Shimpei was born in 1983 and is a Japanese citizen.

Kimura Shimpei graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (Department of Mechanical Engineering) of Kobe University.

He started his career in 2007 at Marubeni Corporation.

From 2007 to 2019, he held various positions in the Nuclear Fuel Department II and Nuclear Fuel Department, Khorasan Project Section.

He has been appointed as the General Manager of Marubeni Khorasan Project Office (Kazakhstan) since April 2022.
