Yoshinori Sakamoto was born in 1983 and is a citizen of Japan.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Meiji University in 2006. 

He began his career in 2008 at Marubeni TEXMATEX Corporation.

From 2013 to 2021, he held various positions at Marubeni Utility Services Ltd. In October 2021, he joined Marubeni Corporation, working in the Business Development Group of the Nuclear Fuel Department, Harassan Projects Section.

Since April 2025, he has been serving as General Manager of the «Marubeni Harassan Project Office» Branch in Almaty.
