Almas Ryspanov was born in 1987 and is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Almas Ryspanov graduated from KIMEP University with a degree in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting qualification.

His career began in 2008 at KPMG Audit LLP as an assistant in the 1st sector of financial institutions of the Audit Department.

From 2010 to 2017, he held various positions in the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP.

From 2017 to 2020, he worked in the enterprise system of NAC Kazatomprom JSC and in RU-6 LLP as Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance.

In 2020, he was appointed as Director of the Economic Analysis Department of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

In 2021, he was appointed as Director of the Economics and Planning Department of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
