Abe Yoshihiro was born in 1978 and is a Japanese citizen.

Abe Yoshihiro graduated from Waseda University (Tokyo), Bachelor of Science (Geology) and Master of Science (Geology).

He started his career in 2004 at Marubeni Corporation in the Nuclear Fuel Department.

From 2015 to March 2023, he held various positions in the Nuclear Fuel Project Division of the Nuclear Fuel Department, Nuclear Fuel-I Department, and Kharassan Project Division of the Nuclear Fuel Department.

He has been appointed as the General Manager of Kharassan Project of the Nuclear Fuel Department since April 2023.
