On February 26, during his working trip to Kyzylorda Region, Vice Minister of Energy Askhat Khasenov visited Bayken-U, a uranium mining company of Kazatomprom.

The Vice Minister inspected the production sites of the Khorasan-2 mine and got acquainted with the working and living conditions of shift workers. He gave a positive assessment of the measures taken by Kazatomprom to ensure the well-being of workers, and noted the Company's significant contribution to the socio-economic development and ecology of the region.

Also, as part of the working visit of the Vice Minister, a meeting with the public will be held on February 28, which will be attended by executives of Kazatomprom and enterprises of the nuclear holding located in Kyzylorda region.
